Massage

【Explanation】
According to the Physically and Mentally Disabled Citizens Protection Law, only blind man can do the job of Massage in Taiwan. Massage in Chinese is “an mo”. So the other people who were not blind they must use another name to do the work of massage. In other words, they can’t say I do the work of “an mo”.
The law has changed. According to the explanation from the Justices of the Constitutional Court, they treated the protection for blind men is illegal. The other citizens have the right to do the massage job. Now everyone can do the work named “an mo” since 31, October 2011 in Taiwan.
